Agent verified user email address and phone number.
Customer went to forgot password page in the app by selecting ham burger sign on top left and selecting login and forgot password & entered customer email address.
Message says password reset link to email address entered.
Asked customer to check in for password reset link on her email inbox and also told her to check her spam.
Customer received email for the password reset.
She was able to click on that link and change her password.
Asked customer to open browart23 app and select ham burger button on top left and open Register/login option
Customer was directed to login prompt.
she tried logging in using her email address and new password.
Customer was able to login.
she was able to see her loyalty club id.
she wants me to add punch card point to her sale.
i have asked customer to provide POS number which she provided and i have added loyalty point to her sale.
Customer confirmed she receive the point.
